MOVE OUT FORM

Please give us 7 days notification for Move out.
You will have to be physically present at STARVAULT office to process a move out because of the following reasons :
1) OTP verification is required to process a Move out of your Safe Deposit Box.
2) The physical keys and the access card needs to be returned to complete the Move out.

Please make a appointment via the Move Out Form below to start the move out process.
STARVAULT office operation hours = Mon to Friday (8:30am to 12pm , 1:00pm to 6:00pm)
Saturday is by appointment only 24hrs in advance.
Office is closed on Singapore Public Holidays
